Our worry free auto renew one month care seeker plan allows you to wait for the right caregiver to come along and access your message center anytime. Pay-As-You-Go-Plans do not auto renew to let you control when you want to pay. 

All care seeker plans are non-refundable. The monthly recurring care seeker plan automatically renews unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You will not receive a prorated refund for canceling early, however, you will retain message center access until the billing cycle ends.
